This contract is valid under the following conditions:
All kitty's sold as pets come to the purchaser neutered or spayed.
The deposit of $350.00 is required for purchase. This is a
non-refundable deposit, which means if the purchaser should decide to
not to continue with the purchase of the kitty, (they forfeit their
deposit). Kitty will be vet checked 48hrs before leaving this cattery.
The sellers guarantees kitty to be in good health at the time of
purchase for a period of 72 hours . During this time it is to the
responsibility of purchaser to have the kitty examined by his or her
veterinarian.
Within that 72 hour period,if found to be seriously medically deficient
the kitty will have to be tested for leukemia, Bordetella and FIV before
seller will consider taking the kitty back , in the event that this kitty
might have been exposed to other animals or the contract is voided, for
the safety of the breeders cattery. After 72 hours the buyer is totally
responsible for all vet bills . New kitty should be confined to a private
room, with no contact with other animals for 2 weeks, to avoid stress
that could affect your kitty's health .You will have a three year health
guarantee against any congenital defect . If kitty should be found to
have a defect or die within three year period of purchase the seller will
agree to replace your kitty,(only if necropsy / autopsy / is performed
by a qualified
veterinarian at the purchaser's expense. A veterinarians certificate is
required as proof that cause of death was a direct result of congenital
defect.

The purchaser agrees that under No circumstances will the kitty Ever be sold or
given to a pet shop, animal shelter, research laboratory,or similar facility.

All travel expenses and shipping will be paid by the purchaser. I do not
ship by plane unless accompanied by their new owner. I do except
U-ship for transportation of kitty. This is done by transporter picking
up kitty from my home and being delivered to yours.

It is understood that with the Sphynx breed hairlessness will vary
from kitty to kitty due to hormones, climate, and genetics. It is
important for the purchaser to understand it is impossible to
guanantee complete hairlessness for the life of the kitty. It is possible
for the said kitty to develop some hair especially after being spayed
or neutered or as it grows older, The hair is usually specific to the
tail ,feet and ears.
